These Terms govern your access to and use of the Breathwork Girl™ website, programs, and services (“Services”). By using or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate. By accessing the Services, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Nature of Services
Breathwork Girl™ provides breathwork, nervous system practices, somatic awareness, emotional release, meditation, coaching, sound journeys, and educational content for personal development. These Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or clinical treatment.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
You understand that Breathwork Girl™ is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. You agree to seek medical or mental-health care from licensed professionals when necessary and to obtain medical clearance when your health requires it.
4. Health & Safety
You agree to participate responsibly, review all contraindications, disclose relevant health conditions, and obtain medical or psychological clearance when needed. You agree not to engage in breathwork or somatic practices while driving or operating machinery and to participate only in a safe, private environment. You acknowledge that breathwork may cause physical or emotional activation, including changes in breathing, dizziness, tingling, tension, emotional release, or altered states.
5. Payments
All payments must be made in full or through an authorized payment plan. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize automatic billing where applicable.
6. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Breathwork Girl™ does not offer refunds for digital products, courses, programs, memberships, recordings, or Services for any reason. You understand that results vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.
7. Payment Plans
If you enroll using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failed payments may result in removal from the program, suspension of access, or immediate balance due. You remain responsible for the full amount regardless of participation level or completion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, recordings, audio files, frameworks, course materials, scripts, worksheets, written content, graphics, branding, program structures, and the Inner Coherence™ Method, is owned by LAIA, LLC. You may not copy, share, reproduce, modify, distribute, teach, or create derivative works from any content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access without refund.
10. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring adequate internet, updated devices, and appropriate platforms (Kajabi, Vimeo, etc.). Breathwork Girl™ is not responsible for issues resulting from your technology limitations.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. No results—emotional, physical, mental, relational, financial, or otherwise—are guaranteed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathwork Girl™, LAIA, LLC, and Trusa Patel are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation or use of the Services, including physical, emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes. Any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Breathwork Girl™, LAIA, LLC, and Trusa Patel harmless from any claims arising out of your participation, your actions, misuse of content, or violation of these Terms.
14. Privacy
Your participation is also governed by the Breathwork Girl™ Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected and used. By using the Services, you agree to comply with the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (primary) and the State of Florida (secondary). Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas unless otherwise required by law.
16. Modifications
Breathwork Girl™ may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

You agree to consult a medical doctor or mental-health professional for any physical or psychological concerns.
2. No Professional Relationship
Participation in the Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other licensed professional relationship between you and Breathwork Girl™, LAIA, LLC, or Trusa Patel.
3. Health & Safety Responsibility
Breathwork and somatic practices may induce physical, emotional, or energetic responses including changes in breathing, dizziness, tingling, tension release, emotional activation, or altered states of awareness. You acknowledge that you must participate safely, remain aware of your physical limits, and stop if necessary. You agree not to participate while driving or operating machinery and to practice only in a safe environment where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
4. Medical & Mental-Health Conditions
If you have any medical or psychological conditions—including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, neurological conditions, pregnancy, PTSD, severe anxiety, dissociation, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision—you agree to obtain clearance from your licensed provider before participating. You accept full responsibility for determining whether participation is safe for your unique situation.
5. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being during and after participation. You understand that breathwork and personal development practices may surface emotions, memories, or internal experiences. You agree to seek qualified professional support where appropriate.
6. No Guarantees of Results
You understand that all results vary and that Breathwork Girl™ does not guarantee specific outcomes related to emotional healing, physical improvement, mental clarity, financial success, relationship changes, or any other results. You participate with the understanding that transformation depends on many personal factors beyond the scope of the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathwork Girl™, LAIA, LLC, and Trusa Patel disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation in the Services. This includes, without limitation, physical injury, emotional distress, psychological outcomes, financial impact, or any other consequence. Any claim is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Service.
8. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care
The Services are not suitable for crisis intervention. If you are experiencing an emergency, suicidal thoughts, severe mental-health symptoms, or require urgent assistance, you agree to contact emergency services or a licensed mental-health professional immediately.
9. External Links & Third-Party Content
The Services may reference or link to external websites, practitioners, or resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or practices of any third-party content.
10. Voluntary Participation
By accessing any Breathwork Girl™ content—free or paid—you acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You agree to assume full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes arising from it.
11. Intellectual Property
All methods, frameworks, recordings, videos, audios, written materials, and program structures—including the Inner Coherence™ Method—are the intellectual property of LAIA, LLC. You agree not to misuse, copy, or redistribute content outside of personal use.

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of any revisions.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between LAIA, LLC (dba Breathwork Girl™) (“Company”) and the undersigned individual (“Recipient”). By accessing or participating in any Company program, session, training, project, conversation, or collaboration, the Recipient agrees to the following:
1. Definition of Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:
client stories or personal disclosures
coaching conversations or group shares
proprietary methods, frameworks, structures, or processes, including the Inner Coherence™ Method
recordings, scripts, worksheets, training content, or written materials
business strategies, ideas, future plans, or unpublished concepts
login information, access details, or internal communication
any information identified as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be private
Confidential Information may be spoken, written, recorded, digital, visual, or implied.
2. Recipient Obligations
The Recipient agrees to:
keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential
not disclose, share, copy, reproduce, or distribute any Confidential Information
not teach, publish, or use Company intellectual property for personal or commercial use
protect all materials with the same care as the Recipient uses for their own private information
use Confidential Information only for its intended purpose as part of participation in Company programs
3. Exceptions
Confidential Information does not include information that:
is already publicly available through no fault of the Recipient
the Recipient received legally from a third party without a nondisclosure duty
the Recipient is legally required to disclose (court order, law, etc.)
If required by law to disclose information, the Recipient must notify the Company in writing immediately.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, recordings, videos, audios, documents, scripts, and program structures — including the Inner Coherence™ Method — are the exclusive intellectual property of LAIA, LLC.
Nothing in this Agreement grants the Recipient rights to use, teach, modify, distribute, or replicate Company content.
5. No Sharing of Group or Client Information
The Recipient agrees not to share:
stories or personal disclosures from other clients
group conversation details
names, identities, or screenshots
confidential experiences expressed during sessions
Client privacy must always be protected.
6. Duration
This NDA is effective immediately and remains in force:
during participation, and
indefinitely after participation ends
There is no expiration date.
7. Violations & Remedies
Any breach of this Agreement may result in:
immediate removal from programs without refund
legal action
financial responsibility for damages resulting from the breach
Company retains all rights to pursue remedies allowed by law.
8. No Guarantee of Success
This Agreement does not guarantee any business outcome, partnership, or collaboration between Company and Recipient.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas (primary jurisdiction) and Florida (secondary jurisdiction).
Any legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas unless otherwise required by law.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By signing below or checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, the Recipient agrees to this NDA.
Digital acceptance is legally binding and equivalent to a physical signature.

I, the undersigned (“Client”), voluntarily choose to participate in breathwork, meditation, coaching, nervous system practices, and related wellness activities provided by Breathwork Girl™ / LAIA, LLC (Facilitator: Trusa Patel) (“Facilitator”).
By signing this document, I acknowledge, agree, and understand the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I am voluntarily participating in these practices and understand they may involve physical, emotional, mental, or energetic activation. I acknowledge that responses may include discomfort, emotional release, changes in breathing, altered sensations, or other reactions.
I accept full responsibility for my participation.
2. Health Conditions & Required Medical Clearance
I understand that breathwork may not be appropriate for all individuals.
I agree to consult my physician before participating if I have any of the medical, psychological, or physical conditions listed in the Health Cautions section of this document.
I affirm that I will review this list and disclose any relevant conditions to the Facilitator before participating.
If I am pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, severe asthma, high or unstable blood pressure, epilepsy/seizures, significant psychiatric conditions, recent surgeries, or any other condition requiring medical oversight, I agree to obtain medical clearance prior to participation.
2A. Health Conditions Requiring Caution
Consult your physician before participating if you have any of the following:

3. Mental-Health Considerations
I understand that these practices can surface emotions or memories.
If I am currently experiencing severe anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, major depression, dissociation, psychosis, bipolar symptoms, or am under the care of a psychiatrist or psychologist, I agree to participate only with guidance and approval from my licensed mental-health provider.
4. Not Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Advice
I understand and acknowledge that:
The Facilitator is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist.
These practices do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions.
The Services are educational, supportive, and intended for personal development only.
I agree to seek professional medical or psychological advice when needed.
5. My Responsibility During Participation
I agree that:
I will stop participating at any time if I feel discomfort beyond my capacity.
I will not participate while driving or operating a vehicle or machinery.
I will practice in a safe, private environment where I can lie or sit comfortably without risk of injury.
I am fully responsible for my physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being during and after sessions.
6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily:
release, waive, and discharge Breathwork Girl™ / LAIA, LLC and Trusa Patel from any liability, claim, injury, loss, or damages arising from my participation, whether known or unknown,
assume all risks associated with participation,
and agree that I am responsible for any consequences of my involvement.
This release does not waive rights in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. No Guarantees
I understand that results vary from person to person.
No specific outcomes — emotional, physical, mental, or otherwise — are guaranteed.
8. Agreement & Understanding
I certify that:
I have read this entire agreement.
I understand its contents and ask all questions I need to.
I am signing voluntarily, without pressure or expectation.
This document applies to all current and future sessions, recordings, programs, and services with Breathwork Girl™ / LAIA, LLC.

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase of and participation in any paid digital program, course, membership, session, or offering (“Programs”) provided by LAIA, LLC (dba Breathwork Girl™) (“Company”). By enrolling in any Program, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Programs
Programs may include breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, nervous system tools, sound journeys, coaching, personal development exercises, educational content, and the Inner Coherence™ Method. Programs are for personal growth and educational purposes only and are not medical or therapeutic treatment.
2. Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to consent to participate in the Programs.
3. Payment & Billing
You agree to pay the listed fee for the Program. If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize automatic charges until the balance is paid in full. You are responsible for completing all payments regardless of program completion or participation level. Failed payments may result in suspension or removal from the Program.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are offered for Programs, digital content, or course access under any circumstances.
5. Program Access
You will receive access to Program materials for the duration specified at purchase. Access may include videos, audios, worksheets, lessons, or other digital content. You understand that access may be time-limited depending on the Program. Company reserves the right to make reasonable updates or adjustments to the format or delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All Program materials—including videos, audios, recordings, worksheets, written content, frameworks, and the Inner Coherence™ Method—are owned by LAIA, LLC. You may use the materials for personal use only. You agree not to copy, share, reproduce, teach, distribute, publish, or create derivatives of any Program content.
7. Health & Safety
You acknowledge that Programs may involve breathwork, somatic practices, and emotional or energetic activation. You agree not to participate while driving or operating machinery and to practice in a safe environment. You are responsible for reviewing all contraindications and obtaining medical or mental-health clearance if needed. You assume all risks associated with participation.
8. No Guarantees
You understand that personal results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed—emotionally, physically, mentally, relationally, or otherwise.
9. Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being during and after participation. You agree to seek appropriate medical or therapeutic support where necessary.
10. Confidentiality & Community Conduct
If the Program includes community interaction, groups, or shared spaces, you agree to maintain confidentiality of what other participants share. You also agree to engage respectfully. Company may remove participants for inappropriate or harmful behavior without refund.
11. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for your internet access, device functioning, and ability to access Kajabi/Vimeo content. Company is not responsible for issues caused by personal technology limitations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAIA, LLC and Trusa Patel are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation. Any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Program.
13. Termination
Company may terminate access for violation of this Agreement. You remain responsible for all payments due.
14. Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas (primary jurisdiction) and the State of Florida (secondary jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas unless required otherwise by law.
15. Modifications
Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
