How are Breathwork Girl programs different?

Breathwork Girl programs go beyond relaxation, they’re designed to rewire how your nervous system responds to life.

All experiences combine guided breathwork, sound frequencies, and subconscious integration, releasing stored stress at its root.

It’s about training your body to live in sync with your heart, your mind, and the guidance that’s always there.

How is this different from meditation?

Meditation often starts in the mind. With BWG programs, we are helping bypass the mind and allow the body to respond.

By changing the rhythm of your breath, you create real physiological change which lowers cortisol, calming the vagus nerve, and clearing emotional tension.

The mind follows the breath, not the other way around.

What can I expect during a session?

You’ll be guided through breath patterns, sound, and visualization to access layers of stored emotion.

Some people feel tingling or warmth; others release tears, laughter, or tension.

Every session is unique, your body and subconscious know when it’s time to release.

Is it safe for everyone?

It's your breath so you are in control to change it. However, if you’re pregnant, have severe asthma, heart conditions, or a history of seizures, please consult your doctor before participating.

You can also choose a gentler version of the breath — this work is about listening, not forcing, and honoring what is correct for you and your body.

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all. Each session is guided step-by-step. Whether you’re brand new or have practiced before, you’ll always be in charge of your own experience — my role is to create the structure and energetic space for your transformation to unfold.


How soon will I notice the results?

Many people feel a difference after just one session — more clarity, deeper sleep, and a greater sense of calm.

Lasting change builds with repetition, as your body learns to live in safety rather than react from stress — rewiring the ancestral, social, and cultural imprints that once defined your sense of self-esteem, safety, and belonging.


What results can I expect?

Most people notice shifts within the first few sessions — calmer energy, deeper sleep, and greater clarity. As the weeks unfold, these practices dissolve old stories and ancestral imprints, unwind deep stress patterns held in the body, and free life force energy once trapped in the past.

You reconnect with your body’s intelligence, strengthening your clarity, confidence, and ability to make aligned decisions that fuel your passion and joy.


How will this impact my family or children?

Generational stress patterns, often carried unconsciously, begin to unwind.

These are the energetic echoes of unspoken fears, survival strategies, and unprocessed emotions passed down through families.

When your system finds coherence, you break that cycle, benefiting both future and past generations.

That shift naturally ripples outward — your children and loved ones often feel calmer, safer, and more supported as your coherence overflows to them.



What should I have with me for a session?

Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed and can lie down comfortably — on a mat, bed, or couch.
Have headphones (charged and ready), an eye mask, a blanket, a pillow under your knees, and a small towel or tissues nearby.
Bring water for after the session — integration begins with hydration.


Can I listen to the recordings instead of joining live?

Yes. Each session is recorded so you can receive the same energetic benefits whether live or on replay.
The experience is designed to work in real time or replay — your body responds the same way when you engage with presence and intention.


What if I can’t attend a live session?

All sessions are recorded and available for replay so you can practice at your own pace during the course.
We highly encourage you to attend the live sessions. The frequency of the group container is also very healing in unexpected ways.
If you are interested in joining us for the larger RISE program, then live attendance in RESET will be required.



What if strong emotions come up during sessions?

This is completely normal and part of the healing process.
BWG programs are designed to bring old energy to the surface so that you can release them.
Just keep breathing and allow the energy to move out to be released. My role is to hold a safe space while your body releases what no longer serves you.




Do I need to share my story with the group?

Not at all. You share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
Many participants prefer to listen and process quietly — the practices are effective whether or not you speak.
This is your personal journey, at your pace.



How do I know if RESET or RENEW is right for me?

RENEW is for those navigating divorce or the end of a major relationship — helping you release grief, integrate lessons, and rebuild with clarity and confidence.
RESET is for adults in major life transitions who feel drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected from purpose.
Through breathwork, sound, and subconscious release, RESET helps dissolve stuck energy and ancestral patterns, restoring balance and strengthening your inner guidance.




How long are the sessions?

Sessions are typically 90-120 minutes, including guided breathwork with sound healing, integration time, and closing.



What if I can’t finish the program?

If you fall behind, don’t worry — you’ll have an extra month after the program ends to complete your sessions.
If you’d like to go deeper or repeat the journey, you’re welcome to rejoin a future round at a special returning participant rate (50% off).



Can I join from outside the U.S.?

Yes. All programs are online and accessible worldwide.
Live attendance depends on your time zone, but replays are always available so you won’t miss anything.
