How are Breathwork Girl programs different?

Breathwork Girl programs go beyond relaxation. They are designed to retrain how your nervous system responds to life.

Each experience combines guided breathwork, sound frequencies, subconscious integration, and Inner Coherence practices that help release stored stress at its root.

How is this different from meditation?

Meditation often starts in the mind.

Breathwork bypasses the mind and invites the body to respond first.

Changing the rhythm of your breath creates real physiological shifts that lower cortisol, calm the vagus nerve, and release emotional tension.

The mind follows the breath, not the other way around.

What can I expect during a session?

You will be guided through breath patterns, sound, and visualization to access layers of stored emotion and energetic tension.

People often feel warmth, tingling, lightness, emotional release, or clarity.

Every session is recorded and designed for you to move at your own pace.

Is it safe for everyone?

If you are pregnant, have severe asthma, heart conditions, high blood pressure, a history of seizures, or are under medical care, please consult your doctor before participating in any breathwork practice.

If you are currently navigating mental-health conditions such as severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, or are working with a psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist, please do breathwork only under the guidance of your licensed healthcare provider.

My work is educational and supportive in nature, and not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care.

For the majority of people, breathwork is safe and you are always in control of your breath. A gentler version of the practice is always available. This work is about listening to your body, not forcing it.

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all.

Each session is guided step by step. Whether you are brand new or more familiar with breathwork, you will always be in charge of your own body, rhythm, and pace.


How soon will I notice the results?

Many people feel a shift after the initial sessions, including calmer energy, clearer thinking, better sleep, or a lighter emotional load.

Longer-term change develops as your system learns to move from stress into Inner Coherence more consistently.

What results can I expect?

Most people notice:

• improved clarity and direction
• deeper sleep
• increased confidence
• renewed joy, passion, and purpose

Over time, old patterns and ancestral imprints begin to loosen, allowing your inner intelligence to guide your choices with more ease.

How will this impact my family or children?

When you come into coherence, generational stress patterns begin to unwind.

These are the energetic echoes of unspoken fears, survival strategies, and unprocessed emotions passed down through families.

As your coherence naturally ripples outward, you break that cycle, benefiting both future and past generations.

Your children and partner often feel calmer, safer, and more supported as your inner world shifts.

What should I have with me for a session?

Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed and can lie down comfortably - on a mat, bed, or couch.

Comfort and privacy are most important.

Have headphones (charged and ready), an eye mask, a blanket, a pillow to place below your kness, and tissues.

Bring water for after the session - integration begins with hydration.

Can I listen to the recordings instead of joining live?

Absolutely.

Most programs are on demand, so you can move through each session whenever it fits your life. Results come from consistency and steady engagement, so the programs are designed to support you in building that rhythm.

Optional live sessions may be offered occasionally, but they are not required.

What if I can’t attend a live session?

No problem.

Live attendance is wonderful if you are able to make it, but it is optional. All content is recorded for replay.

What if strong emotions come up during sessions?

This is completely normal, and I hope you use a few tissues along the way.

The practices gently bring old energy to the surface so it can be released.

Keep breathing and allow your body to guide the process. Your body is very intelligent and will know what to do.

Do I need to share my story with the group?

Most of BWG programs are done individually.

If you are in a group setting, you only share what feels comfortable. You can choose not to speak at all.

The practices work whether you choose to speak or simply experience internally.

How do I know if RESET or RENEW is right for me?

Start with the Clarity Scorecards. See the “Begin Here” section.

They’ll help you identify your current chapter — personal, relational, creative, or professional.

From there, you can book a 1:1 call and we can discuss your goals so you can choose the pathway that supports you best on your journey toward Inner Coherence.

How long are the sessions?

Most sessions are 60–75 minutes.

Live sessions may run a little longer to include the introduction and closing discussion.

Inside a program, the introduction is completed at the start, so ongoing sessions are about 75 minutes.



What if I can’t finish the program on time?

If you fall behind, it’s completely okay. You’ll have an extra month after the program ends to complete your sessions.

And if you ever feel called to revisit the experience, you’re welcome to join a future round at a special returning participant rate (50 percent off).

Can I join from outside the U.S.?

Yes.
